Yes, you are completely guaranteed in your online purchases from our online store. We follow all security rules regarding the transfer of sensitive data, which are NOT stored in our files, as your credit card is charged in collaboration with the bank.

You can return one or more products at your own expense within a maximum of 14 days. Returned products must be in their original packaging, with tags attached and in perfect condition as when the product was delivered and accompanied by the proof of purchase and the special return form.

If the product is returned to us in a different condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

• If the purpose of the return is to replace it with another same product of a different size, it can only be done if the new product is available.
• If the purpose of the return is to replace with a different product and the new product is of greater value, you must deposit the difference. If it is of lesser value, then the difference is credited to your account for future use.

In both cases free shipping does not apply.

• If the purpose of the return is a refund, because, for your own reasons, you do not want the product, then the refund will be made within 30 working days of receipt and inspection by our company of the product, by bank deposit, after any shipping costs are deducted.

If the return is due to a faulty product or a different product to the one you ordered, then the return costs are covered by ML WEAR.

Underwear and swimwear are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
